5yrs- I will become recognized as a valued member of staff at my internship, and am no longer working in an entry-level position. I
will have at least one person working under me bringing in new artist to work
with. I still want to be working up the ladder working toward the big office
job, at the same time keeping in mind of opening my own company in the future.
10yrs- I will be a running the social media
department having multiple people working under me and have brought in many
artists to help the company grow. I will own my house and have a great family
life, and career still working towards my final goal of owning my social media
company.
I will reach these goals by working hard
and learning as I go. As soon as I finish my education I am going to apply for
an internship. I believe you can do anything you can set your mind to and the
more you work at it.
