I am currently readying to move to Toronto
and I wanted to find either a job or an internship in my field when I moved. I
never realized it would be so hard to find a position that would fit my skills.
I never realized that a lot of the
internships are for students, so I would not get accepted. The one good thing about moving to Toronto is
that I will be able to take a social media internship in a business not for a
musician, which I would prefer. Even though it is not what I want I believe it
will get me further towards my career goal.
This has also made me rethink that I may go
back to school and get my business degree because it would give me an advantage
that other people would not have. I know it would take me a little longer to
get where I want for my career but I feel like it may be the best thing for me.
